Archiving Policy
Journal of Pharmaceutical and Community Sciences (JSFK) is committed to ensuring long-term digital preservation and access to all published content. To achieve this, JSFK adopts the following archiving policy:
1. Author Self-Archiving
Authors are permitted to archive the following versions of their manuscript:
-
Post-print (final version after peer review but before publisher formatting)
-
Publisher’s version (final PDF)
These may be deposited in:
-
Institutional repositories
-
Personal websites
-
National and international repositories (e.g., Garuda, Indonesia OneSearch, Zenodo, etc.)
All archived versions must include citation details and be licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC 4.0).
2. Use of LOCKSS and CLOCKSS
JSFK utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and/or CLOCKSS systems to ensure secure and permanent archiving of the journal through participating libraries and digital preservation networks.
3. Offline Access
Institutions or libraries requiring offline access for educational or documentation purposes may request copies of articles directly from the editorial team.
4. Technical Contingency
In the event of temporary unavailability or technical disruption of the JSFK website, all published content remains accessible through external repositories and partner databases.
