The Journal of Pharmaceutical and Community Sciences (JSFK) adopts an Open Access publishing model, making all research articles freely available to the public immediately upon publication. This policy is intended to promote the dissemination of high-quality research to a broad audience, increasing the visibility and impact of scholarly work in pharmaceutical sciences and clinical pharmacy.

1. Access to Published Articles

  • All articles published in JSFK are freely accessible to readers worldwide without any subscription or payment.

  • Articles are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. This allows users to read, download, distribute, and share the articles non-commercially, provided the original authors are properly credited.

2. Benefits of Open Access

  • Increased Visibility and Impact: Open access articles are more likely to be cited and read, leading to greater academic and professional recognition.

  • Wide Distribution: Free access to research promotes the dissemination of knowledge across global communities, including researchers, students, and practitioners.

  • Encouraging Collaboration: Open access fosters collaboration across borders and disciplines, enabling the sharing of ideas, data, and methodologies.

3. Article Processing Charge (APC)

  • JSFK operates under an open access model funded through Article Processing Charges (APC). Authors will be required to pay the APC after their manuscript is accepted for publication.

  • The APC covers the editorial process, peer review, and online hosting and maintenance of the article.

  • The APC must be paid within 10 days of manuscript acceptance. Articles will not be published until payment is received.

4. Author Rights

  • Authors retain full copyright over their work, which is published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.

  • Authors are free to distribute, share, and reuse their work for non-commercial purposes, including uploading to institutional repositories or personal websites.

  • Authors are also encouraged to build upon and further develop their published work.

5. Post-Publication Archiving

  • Authors are encouraged to archive the post-print version of their article (the final version after peer review) in institutional repositories or on their personal websites.

  • The publisher’s version (PDF) may also be archived in any repository, provided it follows the CC BY-NC 4.0 license.

6. License and Copyright

  • All content published by JSFK is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.

  • This license allows others to remix, adapt, and build upon the authors' work non-commercially, with appropriate credit.

  • Authors are encouraged to make their work available in other digital formats or archives as long as the license terms are respected.
