Author Fee
Journal of Pharmaceutical and Community Sciences (JSFK) operates under an open access model and requires an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs associated with the publication process. This fee supports editorial management, peer review, and the dissemination of high-quality scholarly content.
1. Article Processing Charge (APC)
-
APC Amount: Authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge after their manuscript has been accepted for publication.
-
Payment Deadline: The APC must be paid within 10 days of editorial acceptance. Articles will not be published until payment is received.
-
Payment Method: Payment instructions will be provided to authors upon acceptance of the manuscript.
2. Advance Payment Option
Authors may choose to make an advance APC payment before acceptance. However, please note that advance payment does not guarantee the manuscript will be accepted for publication.
3. Exemptions and Discounts
In certain circumstances, JSFK may offer APC waivers or discounts to authors from low-income countries or those experiencing financial hardship. Authors should contact the editorial office to inquire about available options.
4. Non-Payment Policy
If the APC is not paid within the specified timeframe, the manuscript will not be published and will be withdrawn from the publication queue.
5. Open Access Benefits
Paying the APC ensures that the article is published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC 4.0) license, which:
-
Makes the article freely accessible to readers worldwide
-
Increases the visibility and reach of the research
-
Enhances the potential impact and citations of the published work
